§ 1 Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders you place as a consumer (§ 13 BGB) through our online shop.

§ 3 Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By placing your order, you submit a binding offer. We confirm receipt of your order by email. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order through an order confirmation.

§ 4 Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are final prices and include the statutory value-added tax. Any additional shipping costs will be shown during the ordering process.

§ 5 Payment

Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the shop. The invoice amount is due immediately.

§ 6 Delivery

Unless otherwise stated, the delivery time is [X] business days within Germany. We only deliver to the countries specified in our shop.

§ 7 Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply. The warranty period is two years from the delivery of the goods.

§ 8 Dispute Resolution

The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged and unwilling to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
